Begoña Gómez Urzaiz (Tarragona, 1989) is a journalist resident in Barcelona. She regularly contributes to El País and La Vanguardia, RTVE and Radio Primavera Sound. She teaches Opinion Genres as part of the Master’s Degree in Literary Journalism at the UAB. She has prefaced and edited the multi-author essay collection Neorrancios. Contra los peligros de la nostalgia (Península) and is the author of the non-fiction work Las abandonadoras (Destino), a personal journey through motherhood, guilt and creation.
