Head of the Digital Development Department at the Museo Nacional del Prado since 2015.
He is responsible for the design and coordination of the museum’s digital strategy and the management and development of its IT infrastructure. His role also includes the coordination of the museum’s digital transformation for the technological optimisation and updating of its management processes and administration of the knowledge it generates. He holds a Degree in Art History from the University of Granada, a Master’s in Cultural Management from the José Ortega y Gasset Foundation and a post-graduate specialisation in Public Communication from the National Institute of Public Administration. He is currently doing a PhD in Communication at the Pompeu Fabra University, with a thesis focused on the use of AI in museums.
