Carlos Magro is Vice President of the Asociación Educación Abierta and Academic Director of the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED España). He has given online training about digital identity, digital competence, social networks and education, educational innovation, project-based learning (PBL), formative evaluation and development of management functions for the National Institute of Education Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF), Instituto Cervantes, Telefónica Educación, and Las Acacias regional centre for innovation and training in the Community of Madrid, among other organisations. He regularly teaches and lectures in these subjects and writes about education and digital impact on organisations in his blog Co.labora.red. He has a degree in Physical Science from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) and in Geography and History from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), and an MBA from the EOI School of Industrial Organisation.
