With a PhD in Physics from the University of Barcelona he is presently teaching physics and mathematics in a secondary school.
His areas of research, carried out at the Max Planck Institute in Germany, the Free University of Berlin, the Perimeter Institute in Canada, and the Institute of Photonic Sciences (IFCO) in Castelldefels, are quantum information and thermodynamics. As a scientific populariser, he has published articles, given talks, and is co-author of the book Economia crítica a l’aula (Rosa Sensat, 2019). He has recently worked with the CCCB as a scientific adviser for the exhibition “Quantum” and, moreover, is very interested in the national movements for educational renovation, especially in the areas of science and mathematics.
