Ana holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations (University of Navarra, 2005) and a master’s degree in Internet Business (ISDI 2012). She is Governance connector at Ouishare. Her main activity is leading the development of Governance in the Spanish community through which she experiments with dynamics and models of self-organisation, stigmergy and do-acracy. Since 2014, Ana studies and experiments with collaborative governance models with a strong technological base. She combines her research activity with teaching and consultancy work to accompany organisations in processes of organisational change.Her latest publication is “Designing positive platforms: a guide for a governance-based approach“.
